Okay, so it is good quality to the point of materials used BUT the design is definitely flawed for the jewelry boxes that have layers. When you pick it up you must be careful and hold the bottom otherwise it will fall, there needs to be a mechanism in place to stop this. For the price of over $100 you would think it would be luxury but it isn't. The design needs to improve to justify the price- not very impressed.
I am unable to add to my mini dusky blue stacker, stock out everywhere? What is going on?
Bought four layers of the glass finish, looks beautiful. Just one niggle the stackers logo has been printed inside the lid at an angle. Sent it back and replaced with one just the same. Poor finish in my opinion.
edit!!, we come to an agreement and ive now ordered another although im still out of pocket by a fair amount im overall happy with the outcome and customer service helped greatly,
love the jewellery box however if you want to add to it be warned less than a year later I'm unable to add to it after spending allot of money on 6 sections, im not starting again or mixing colours with stackers so now have to look elsewhere as they no longer do this box I ordered vanilla as it is a colour I thought wouldn't go out of stock anytime soon, gutted I spent so much I thought the whole point was to add to it
I got my first ever Stackers box as a Christmas gift, and while I think the idea is fantastic and the look and quality of the product is great, unfortunately it's of very little use if earrings are your main jewellery game.
There appear to be layers designed specifically for just about anything: necklaces, charm bracelets, individual beads, small trinkets, sunglasses, watches, but absolutely nothing for earrings... The only option is to throw several pairs together into one of the larger compartments in the "accessory" layer, where they can get tangled up and scratched, which defeats the point of having a jewellery organizer in the first place.
While there are some sections in the lid layer that are perfect for storing individual pairs of earrings, they will only take five pairs, and there is no layer available for purchase that is made up of just those sections.
Since my jewellery collection is 80% dangly earrings, the box is unfortuntely going to be pretty underused. It's a real shame, because the box itself is really lovely, and if only there were earring layers available, it would have been an absolute hit and a preffered way to store and organize my collection.
Great item but unwanted Christmas gift. But the returns process is so convoluted. There's no link to a returns form you have to wait? I'd send it anyway if it's done online but they don't even have a returns address on their website...
Unbelievably bad returns system. Love the product, but one of the layers I was sent is faulty, so I am requesting an exchange. To return something you have to go through an unbelievably slow and incompetent process. It’s actually quite shocking exactly how badly organised the return system is. On the website it directs you to ‘click here for a return form’. You type your order number and email and then, you don’t get a return form at all. Instead you are submitting a request by email to get a return form. We are still waiting after almost 3 weeks of constant phone calls and emails. We were asked to send pictures of the faults. We sent lots of detailed close up photos, but since then, we have heard nothing. We phone regularly and are told they have everything they need from us and will email the return form soon. Apparently they pay an actual person to email return forms to people. What a waste of time and money. Why not just have the return form available on the website the same as other companies? Anyway we were assured earlier that the return form would be emailed today, of course, it wasn’t. Unbelievably bad system! I hope the replacement won’t be this slow to arrive, once we finally get the return form. Watch this space!
Update. Stackers have now collected the parcel. My partner phoned and refused to put the phone down until the return had been organised. The parcel was then collected the next day. We are going for a refund now and have bought the replacement from John Lewis instead. (Their return system is excellent.) Stackers have great jewellery boxes, and the staff are lovely but the return system is long and arduous.
Latest update. Stackers have been in touch and have gone out of their way to put this right. I am now very happy with the outcome. The product is fantastic, the staff are great, I am very pleased to hear they are changing their returns procedure later this year.
I just moved into my flat around 2-3 months ago
I’m writing this review because of a really bad issue I’ve had with this horrible company and I can see form the reviews I’m not alone
So I order a wallet and a toiletries bags from these horrible company
They have delivered my parcel I think to someone else who could have been a neighbour or a guest to neighbour I haven’t got or seen the parcel so I’m not even sure if it was delivered
They delivered it to someone else knowingly and willingly without getting any identification or name or even a description of the person who they have it too
They lost my parcel and are refusing to help find my parcel refund my money or send me out new items
They keep saying it was delivered to your address so we can’t do anything
I explained the situation that I’m in and explained to them can you please give me a name or description of the person who they delivered it to they also refused this saying they are unsure or avoid the question all together
I don’t understand what they expect me to do here without giving me any information to find my parcel to help get my parcel money or replacement
They broke the law as under the consumer right act for 2015 which is a law in the U.K. which all business must apply
They knowingly and willingly left my parcel with someone else which leaves them responsible for anything that happens to the parcel (loss theft ect) as it’s out of my (the buyer) control but they don’t seem to care about they law or any customers of theirs something that should definitely be reported
I even tried to help them with trying to help me find my parcel but they don’t give any information on the person they delivered it to
I feel like I’ve been very responsible in this situation
I would highly recommend that you don’t use this company they are horrible people who don’t care about what ever happenes they break the law and don’t care which I will be reporting to the Financial ombudsman service and trading standards provide they don’t give me a satisfactory result (find my parcel, refund me or send me replacement)
I’ve been very responsible and have tried my best to help with trying to find the person who they supposedly gave the parcel too but the constant avoidance of the question when asked along with no description identification or anything of the person they delivered it too not only makes me sceptical of the actual delivery but also makes me question to validity of the company itself
If the company do read this all I want is a refund replacement or my original items that’s all I care about or want
I will not take any further action in reporting you as you have then taken responsibility for your mistakes and cation but if not I will go futher with my intention listed above
Like I said even something to go on to find the person would be appreciated so at the very least give this information
I ordered a personalised classic blush jewellery box. Arrived in very good time. However the box box is a different shade blush to the other two boxes! This was a gift to my partner and feel very disappointed. Will not be purchasing more items from stackers.
